With a career shaped by resilience and transformation, Sandy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.
After pausing her career to raise her children, she faced the life-altering challenge of Guillain-Barré Syndrome at age 30. Through determination and renewal, she emerged stronger, channeling her journey into guiding others through adversity. Sandy has since navigated complex personal and professional transitions, consistently turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.
Today, she leverages her extensive background in education, training design, and facilitation to deliver dynamic programs that empower individuals, teams, and organizations to build resilience, foster growth, and achieve lasting impact.
