Once we confirm a coaching session, training or workshop, this date is reserved for you. Workshops or trainings cancelled less than 15 days prior to the confirmed date will be charged half the cost of the workshop. There is no penalty to cancel or reschedule a booking request if it is more than 15 days prior to the requested date.
